地中に杭を打設している様子です。ちょうど、杭の継ぎ目の接続を行っています。
地盤調査結果と杭打設位置の土質を照合した上で、杭を打設します。
The contractor is driving piles into the ground and connecting the joints.
We check the soil quality where they drive the piles against the soil quality collected during the ground investigation before the contractor drives them.
屋上のコンクリート強度検査の様子です。その後も各種検査を行った上で、工事を進めていきます。
This picture shows us inspecting the strength of the concrete on the roof. We carry out various inspections afterwards before proceeding with the construction work.

これは、前職で担当させて頂いた、企業内保育所を併設したテナントビルの新築工事になります。こちらの敷地は、都市計画の都合上、低い建物が建てられず、都市化を促すために、基準の高さ以上の高い建物を建てる必要があります。オープン後に環境が改善したと喜んで頂き、今も大切にお使い頂いています。
This is a new construction project for a tenant building with a nursery school within a corporation, which I was in charge of in my previous job. Due to urban planning restrictions, we cannot build low buildings on this site, and to encourage urbanization, creating a building taller than the reference height is necessary. The client was pleased with the improved environment after the opening and continues to use the building with great care.
