The site is being excavated before construction, revealing remains of a pit dwelling from the Yayoi period.
お部屋からは、五山送り火の大文字が見えます。
You can see the Daimonji of the Gozan Okuribi bonfire from the rooms.

これは、ご年配の方々がお住まいになる建物で、前職で担当させて頂いた新築工事になります。事前に、遺跡発掘調査を丁寧に行い、その後、建築工事を行いました。太古から繰り返されてきた人々の生活の姿が少し垣間見えたのですが、日々の生活を大切に育んでいく気持ちは同じだと思いました。この場所でお迎え頂く新生活によって、たくさんの人達と一緒に紡がれる、新たな歴史を作っていくお手伝いが少しでもできればと思っています。
This building is for senior residents. It was a new construction project that I managed in my previous role. Before the construction, we conducted a thorough archaeological excavation survey. Following the study, the building was constructed. During the excavation, we caught glimpses of people’s lives that have been recurring since ancient times. We all share similar sentiments about cultivating our daily lives attentively. We hope that the new life you will embrace in this place will enable you to forge a new history intertwined with that of many others, even if only in a small way.
