避雷針の先端です。高い建築物になると屋上に避雷針を設置します。
A tip of the lightning rod. Taller buildings must have lightning rods on the roof.
建物の規模によっては、消火ポンプを設置して、各所で適切に消火できるようにします。
Depending on the size of the building, fire pumps can be fitted inside to extinguish fires in various parts of it.
浴室と脱衣・洗面所の入り口です。暖簾をかけるスティックが見えます。浴室の入り口には、不燃処理を施した暖簾を取り付けて、入浴しやすいように環境を整えます。脱衣室の床は、簾のような足触りの良く、撥水加工が施され、滑りにくい素材を使用しています。足元の点検口は、マットで保護します。
Entrance to bathroom and dressing/washing room. You can see a stick with a curtain. A non-flammable curtain is fitted at the entrance to the bathroom to create an environment conducive to bathing. The changing room floors are constructed from a soft, water-repellent, and non-slip material similar to a bamboo screen, providing a comfortable and safe surface. We use mats to protect the foot inspection openings.
行政の検査などで、出入口の幅が適切か、計測確認が必要になるので、検査写真を撮っている様子です。
This is a picture of the inspection, as it is essential for verifying the measurements and ensuring that the doorways are the correct width for administrative inspections.
居間スペースになります。検査確認中なので、照明を全て点灯させていませんが、ここが、各階に設けられた、団欒の場所になります。キッチンも備え付けてありますので、活動の自由度が広がります。
This is the living room area. The lights are not all switched on as the inspection is still ongoing. There are living rooms on each floor. The kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette, allowing for more freedom of activity.

これは、ご年配の方々がお住まいになる建物で、前職で担当させて頂いた新築工事になります。皆様がご利用される食堂・居間スペースと坪庭があり、カラオケで楽しんで頂いたり、思いっきりリフレッシュしながら過ごして頂ける環境になっています。環境に応じて、新たな価値を創造できることが建築の素晴らしいところだと思います。数年前のオープンでしたが、おかげさまで、スタッフの方々の調整が大変な程、入居希望の方が多数いらっしゃるそうです。
This is a building where senior residents live, and it is a new construction project that I was in charge of at my previous job. There is a dining room, living room, and spot garden where everyone can enjoy karaoke and feel refreshed and relaxed. The wonderful thing about architecture is that it can create new values in response to the environment. The building was opened a few years ago, but thanks to the staff’s support, so many people want to move in and need help coordinating their activities.
